Tyfon kan føre til evakuering av 1,2 millioner mennesker

Tallet på døde som følge av ekstremværet som rammet Filippinene i helgen, har steget til over 240. Nå utvikles stormen til tyfon og er på vei mot Vietnam.

Sent første juledag er det ventet at tyfonen «Tembin» skal slå inn som verst over Vietnam.I de mest utsatte områdene har allerede 74.000 mennesker blitt evakuert, men nå opplyser myndighetene at over 1,2 million mennesker kan bli evakuert fra de utsatte kystområdene, skriver Reuters.Ekstremværet har herjet over Filippin
